Dick Curtis (born May 11, 1902 - January 3, 1952) (age 49) was an actor, known for 12 Stooge episodes from 1938 to 1951. He also appeared in a few Shemp Howard Solos. Born in the same year as Larry Fine; 1902, Curtis died of pneumonia caused by lung cancer on January 3, 1952. His death occurred 15 days before Curly’s death on the 18th, Duke York’s suicide on the 24, and two months before Eddie Laughton’s death on March 20, 1952.
