Columbia Pictures Home Entertainment (CPHE) was one of the very first home video distributors, as well as the home video division of Columbia Pictures. It was the first incarnation of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and released the first six The Three Stooges Betamax/VHS tapes (five short subject compilations and one feature-length film) from 1980 to 1982. They had their own duplication service, Columbia Pictures Videocassette Services.
